Champagne tasting in Hot-Air Balloon: Success!
The Champagne tasting in a hot-air balloon went great. We had 11 amazing people there, inlcuding a TV host Eppu Salminen with hes crew, crazy molecule cook Santtu from hyvanmaunrajalla.fi and very cool and amazing clients! I will write about the event here in English for all the international folks out there. Here's few shots from yesterday. Oh and every restaurant in Finland, train your staff to love wine! No matter if he or she is a part-time waiter with little experience or a veteran in waiting tables. In the long run this will affect your wine sales positively and people will come back just because you told a interesting story about the drink or a bottle of wine you served. Also this will enhance the whole dining experience.
