I attented a competition where Lindeman's was looking a 'winemaker' to their vineyards for two weeks. I got past 650 people to be chose for the final top 10 and managed to get from there to 2nd place. Australia would have been fun and I would have gained alot from it to share with you. Nothing that a glass of Champagne wont cure!

It was a fun day and great competition and huge congrats to Joonas Hämäläinen, who has also won the MasterChef of Finland and is writing a book about food. He just recently hooked up a publisher.

Hope you will have a blast Joonas in Australia and don't try to bowl kangaroos, the Australians don't like that!
